We want you and your little ones to love your new learning resources! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
- Physical Products: We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
- Digital Products: All digital download files, printables, and curriculum toolkits from our Digital Learning Studio are non-refundable and carry final-sale status due to their instant, downloadable nature.
- Final Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, personalized products, or personal care goods.
🛠️ How to Start a Return
- Email us directly at info@amalegacyshop.com to authorize your return.
- Once approved, our team will email you a pre-paid domestic return shipping label and detailed mailing instructions.
- Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an email authorization will not be accepted.
💸 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
💥 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately (please attach product picture) at info@amalegacyshop.com, so we can make it right for your family!
